Deed of Declaration of Heirs

The declaration of heirs is a document that must be formalized when the deceased person did not make a will. This document may be requested by any person entitled to the succession. Depending on the deceased’s nationality, the “grant of probate” in England, the “Acte de Notoriete” in France, or the “Erbschein” in Germany must be processed. To find out if you are entitled to the succession, you can contact our law firm, and we will help you understand your options and carry out the relevant procedures for your inheritance.

Deed of Acceptance and Adjudication of Inheritances

The deed of acceptance and adjudication of inheritances is the deed by which the heirs accept the inheritance. It is not always necessary and can be either public or private. The tax settlement of the inheritance must be carried out within 6 months from the date of the deceased’s passing. At Savloir, we will study your case to offer you the best alternatives and bonuses in each autonomous community of Spain, as well as initiate all procedures to obtain your deed of acceptance and adjudication of inheritance.
