Selon la nationalit\u00e9 du d\u00e9funt, il faudra traiter le \u00ab grant of probate \u00bb en Angleterre, l\u2019\u00ab Acte de Notori\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb en France, ou l\u2019\u00ab Erbschein \u00bb en Allemagne.
